Major "Shout Out" to 1-800-Contacts!
Andrew asked me to order contacts from Walmart, where he had his eye exam. After contacting them, (no pun intended) they informed me that Andrew's prescription ran out in a few days and would only sell us 1 pair. I called 1-800-Contacts and spoke to a VERY pleasant young man named Brian. He was so professional and helpful. He called Walmart a few times because they would not relinquish Andrew's presciption. Brian called me back 2 times to update me on the status. I was so satisfied with his customer service that I asked to speak with Brian's manager. I explained to Ben the Boss that I was so pleased with Brian's extra mile efforts and his excellent follow through. He was thankful that I took time to speak with him and told me that the company would buy Brian his lunch that following day! GO BRIAN!!!!!!
I definitely recommend 1-800-Contacts for your eye wear needs. (nice commercial ,Jess, huh!?)

you "contacted" them. I love it. It's great you talked to his higher-ups and complimented him. I'll remember to do that more. I should have used them for Meg's contacts. I just got her a six month supply.
