Finally, we were discharged and were able to go home! We changed Tate's clothes and took a few pics before loading up and heading out.
These car seat pictures always crack me up. Poor babies...they come from a comfy place for 9 months then are stuck in one of these. Not such an upgrade, huh!?

Michelle, he's soooo cute!! I am so glad he's joined your family. Seeing your precious pictures is making me all the more anxious to meet our little guy soon! You guys look so happy! I hope things continue to go well! We all can't wait to meet Tate!

I have looked and looked at these pictures. I can still "feel" Tate in my arms. So little...so precious. How I miss him....and Toby. ("Toby and Gino....my boys"...haha) Time for us to come for another visit. It's been two weeks...long enough, I think.

I have the absolute cutest, most precious grandkids in the whole world!
