Why?

Why is my little man growing up so fast? I don't remember it going by so quickly when Toby was Tate's age. I really don't. I can't even blink without missing some new trick or milestone of his. It's driving me crazy. Maybe I should permanently set up a few video cameras throughout the house to catch all these awesome things that I feel are flying past me at record speed. I remember people telling me when I was younger to cherish those days because time speeds up as you get older. Boy, were they right. Is there a brake somewhere on this ride? I think I would like to slow down for a bit or at least take the scenic route.

I'd like the scenic route too! Tate has to be one of the cutest babies I've seen in a long time...

What an ADORABLE pic. His smile is AMAZING....downright AMAZING,
And sweetie, it keeps getting faster.
It feels like you were seriously just playing with your dolls on a blanket in the yard. I mean I can't believe it. I was looking at the pics Jess picked out and I can remember each day, and it seemed like it all was so recent. I've been a mom for over 32 years, and in just 2 1/2 years....it will just be dad and me.
It's great you know and appreciate how fast this time goes. I see you cherishing your boys and this special time. You love them so much....they are really blessed.

Isn't this the truth? I'm struggling with this right now too. It's hard to balance getting everything done I need to and still spending quality time with the kids. Any tips?!
